kn atelier（ケーエヌアトリエ） では、nakatake kasumi（なかたけ かすみ） の絵画・イラスト・アクセサリーといったオリジナル作品を販売しています。

当店に並ぶ作品はすべて、クリエイター nakatake kasumi によるオリジナル制作です。

ここに置いている作品は、基本的に一点ものや少量制作。

インテリアアートとして飾ったり、身につけるアートとして楽しんだり、日常の中でアートを身近に感じていただけるお店を目指しています。

また、作品を送り出す「お届け」も特別な時間だと考えています。

購入体験そのものが特別であるように、梱包はギフトのように丁寧に心を込めて行っています。

【作品について】

・当店の作品はすべてハンドメイド・オリジナル制作です。基本的に一点もの、または少量制作となります。

・手仕事のためレジン作品には気泡や微細な凹凸が見られる場合があります。天然石は自然素材のため、模様や内包物などに個体差がありますが、それも石の個性としてお楽しみください。

・アート作品には、絵の具のにじみや筆跡などが見られる場合がございます。これらは手仕事ならではの風合いとしてご理解いただけますと幸いです。

【アクセサリーについて】

・金属アレルギー対応の有無は商品ページに記載しておりますが、体質には個人差があるため保証するものではありません。万が一肌に異常が見られた場合は、速やかにご使用を中止してください。

・耐久テストを行っておりますが、繊細なつくりのため強い力や水分には弱い場合があります。着脱や保管の際はご注意ください。

・高温多湿、直射日光を避け、なるべく風通しのよい場所で保管してください。

【配送について】

・発送はご入金確認後、2週間以内に対応いたします。（早めをご希望の方はご購入前にお問い合わせください。できる限り柔軟に対応させていただきます。）

・当店の配送方法はすべて補償付きとなります。輸送中の紛失・破損については配送会社へ直接お問い合わせください。当店では配送事故による返品・交換は承っておりません。

・ギフトラッピングは常時対応しており、金額がわかる書類は同封いたしません。プレゼントにも安心してご利用いただけます。

・海外発送の場合、関税や輸入税がかかる場合があります。その際の費用は購入者様のご負担となります。

【返品・交換について】

・不良品があった場合を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。不良品の場合は、商品到着から3日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。なお、輸送中の破損につきましては、当店での補償対象外となります。恐れ入りますが、配送会社へ直接お問い合わせください。

・サイズ違いやイメージ違いによる返品交換もお受けできませんので、商品ページをよくご確認のうえご購入ください。

・不良品や破損があった場合は、到着から3日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします。それ以降のご連絡につきましては、トラブル防止のため対応をお断りさせていただきます。

【著作権について】

・作品の著作権は放棄しておりません。

・イラストやデザインの無断使用・転載、商用利用、二次配布は固くお断りいたします。

About the Works

All works in this shop are handmade and original. Each piece is either one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited quantities.

Due to the nature of handcrafting, resin pieces may contain air bubbles or slight surface irregularities. Natural stones are unique by nature, so patterns and inclusions may vary, but we hope you will enjoy them as part of the stone’s individuality.

Artworks may show natural paint bleeds, brushstrokes, or other handmade textures. Please appreciate these as unique qualities of hand-created work.

About Accessories

Information about metal allergy compatibility is provided on each product page. However, as sensitivities vary by individual, we cannot guarantee safety. If you notice any skin irritation, please discontinue use immediately.

While durability tests are conducted, the pieces are delicate and may be vulnerable to strong force or water. Please handle with care when wearing and storing.

Avoid high humidity, direct sunlight, and store in a well-ventilated place whenever possible.

About Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2 weeks after payment is confirmed. (If you would like earlier shipping, please contact us before purchase. We will do our best to accommodate.)

All shipping methods include insurance. For loss or damage during transit, please contact the shipping company directly. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for shipping-related issues.

Gift wrapping is always included, and invoices or documents showing prices will not be enclosed. You can order with confidence for gifts.

For international shipping, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are not accepted except in the case of defective items. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is a defect. For damages occurring during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly, as we cannot cover these cases.

Returns or exchanges due to size differences, image discrepancies, or customer preferences cannot be accepted. Please check product details carefully before purchasing.

For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We may not be able to respond to requests made after this period, in order to prevent issues.
